Like many people, I grew up in a dysfunctional environment from which I inherited some very real challenges to emotional and physical health and well-being. As a young girl I learned to turn off all of my painful emotions and dismiss traumatizing events as if they’d never happened. By my teenage years I had mastered these abilities. As I grew into my adult years I began a journey that led me down a better path, but along the way I realized i was falling in and out of my old patterns and programs of making unhealthy choices in my relationships and actions. I didn't understand why I could not keep my head above water. Due to many years of feeling pain, discomfort, sorrow, loss and turmoil I had been walking through life with my eyes and heart closed, and I didn’t even know it.
I am so grateful that I eventually realized the mainline to my higher self was pinched off. I took a step back and reevaluated the incongruences in my life and inner being. While sifting through blockages of suffering and confinement using NLP methods and modalities, I uncovered radiance, truth and liberation, and it happened very quickly. I have transcended the limitations, restricting habits, and negative patterns that I’ve struggled with since I was a child! Today I find myself looking at new challenges as portals to introspection that will result in inner peace, freedom from unhealthy habits and patterns, and a journey of discovery that begins with each encounter.
